A deposit of $350 per person is required to start any booking or hold your spot for a group trip.  In some cases, this deposit may be non-refundable--please inquire upon registering. Please print the Registration Form.  Each per person traveling must fill out a separate form and sign. A copy of the ID page of your passport is also required though you may send it at a later date prior to travel. 

In order to qualify for the Earlybird discounts (if any) deposit must be received (not postmarked) by the dates specified.

THE FINE PRINT

Prices are per person and include all items outlined under each " Package."  Surcharge may apply for a single room. Options are priced separately.  A deposit of $350.00 is due at booking and is not refundable. Airfares are restricted fares, subject to high cancellation fees and penalties and possibly non-refundable and non-transferable. Full payment is due 65 days before departure date or you may forfeit your deposit. No cancellations nor refunds are possible within 60 days of departure date. It is your sole responsibility to arrive on time to take your scheduled flight or you may lose the entire ticket, depending on the fare restrictions.  Price does not include travel insurance, additional airport taxes, transfers not mentioned, tips, meals not mentioned, incidentals and personal expenses. 

Airfares may be non-refundable, non-cancelable fares, based on traveling in a group on the specified dates. Any changes to set itinerary will result in fare increases. Air taxes and surcharges imposed by the airline are subject to change until ticketed. Non-attendance to any of the items included in the package will constitute forfeiture of this included item.
